Terms of Use
Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the XOOX website (www.xooxbot.com, “Site”).
This Site is intended solely for informational purposes.
Restrictions on Use
XOOX grants users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the text, images, audio, files, links, source code, and other information (“Materials”) posted on the Site. Users may view and download Materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, and no rights to the Materials or their copies are transferred to the user.
Users shall:
    1    Maintain all copyright, intellectual property, ownership notices, symbols, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, or other designations included in the Materials on any downloaded copies;
    2    Refrain from modifying, reproducing, publicly posting, performing, publishing, or using the Materials in any way for public or commercial purposes, regardless of the method;
    3    Not transfer Materials to any third party unless the third party agrees to assume the responsibilities arising under these Terms, the legal notice, privacy policy, or other regulations (“Site Regulations”).
XOOX may amend the Site Regulations without prior notice to users. Users agree to periodically review and comply with the Site Regulations as updated and posted on the Site. All Materials and the Site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws of various countries and international conventions, and users agree not to illegally reproduce or otherwise infringe XOOX’s copyrights. If a user fails to comply with the Site Regulations, any rights granted to the user will automatically terminate without prior notice, and the user must immediately destroy all copies of Materials in their possession or control. Unless explicitly granted in the Site Regulations, XOOX does not grant users any express or implied rights to patents, trademarks, copyrights, or trade secrets.
Links to External Sites
XOOX may provide links to other websites for user convenience but does not guarantee the reliability of linked websites and is not responsible for their content or use.
External Links to the Site
External links to the Site require XOOX’s prior written approval. However, the following are exempt from requiring written approval: (1) text-only links containing only the name “XOOX”; (2) links connecting only to www.xooxbot.com and not to subpages; (3) links that, when clicked, display the page in a fully functional and navigable new browser window, not within the frame of the linking website; (4) links whose appearance, placement, or other aspects do not create the false impression that the linked website, its activities, or products are associated with or sponsored by XOOX, or that do not harm the good reputation of XOOX’s name and trademarks. XOOX may, at its discretion, revoke permission for external links to the Site at any time, in which case users must immediately remove all external links to the Site and cease using XOOX trademarks.
User-Provided Information
Personal information provided by users to XOOX through the Site is protected in accordance with the Site’s Privacy Policy. Users must not provide confidential information or information subject to proprietary rights through the Site. By providing unsolicited information or Materials through the Site, users agree that such information or Materials are not confidential or subject to proprietary rights. Users must not provide XOOX with defamatory, threatening, obscene, otherwise illegal information or Materials, or Materials that infringe on the rights of others.
Prohibition of Unauthorized Email Collection
XOOX prohibits the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on the Site using email collection programs or other technical means. Violators may face criminal penalties under the “Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection” or other applicable laws.
Compliance with Applicable Laws
Users are responsible for complying with the laws of the Republic of Korea, their country of residence, or the country where the service is used. XOOX assumes no responsibility for any violations of such laws.
Changes
XOOX may, at its sole discretion, modify, add, or delete all or part of these Terms without prior notice, and such changes take effect upon posting of the relevant notice.
XOOX may terminate, modify, suspend, or restrict access to the Site or certain features and services without prior notice. XOOX may revoke any rights, permissions, or licenses granted to users under these Terms, and upon such revocation, users must immediately destroy all Materials.
These Terms are effective as of July 7, 2025.
